Who Does He Look Like?

Here are the latest pictures of David. Originally, it was a 50/50 split--half the people polled (in my very informal poll) said that David looked Nick, and the other half said he looked like Mike. Now, everyone seems to be changing their mind. Who do you think he looks like? P.S. Notice that I think David is going to have brown eyes?! They're definitely not as blue as Nick's were at this age.
